Pickles!

Quick process pickles have become popular due to their ease and crispiness. They can be consumed right away or processed in a water bath canner. Chris Kendle will talk about quick process methods for bread and butter and dill varieties as well as how the ingredients and food safety precautions differ from more traditional fermented products. Demonstration, instructional materials, and samples included.
