The Tuscarawas County Public Library System will present a five-part local history series that will have you reminiscing about days gone by, appreciating the local heritage unique to our communities, and, perhaps, pondering the possibilities of our future. The series is sponsored by the Tuscarawas Valley Heritage Inc. and presented in partnership with local organizations and longtime county residents.
“A session at each of our five locations will highlight the local history of that community,” said Michelle McMorrow Ramsell Director of the Tuscarawas County Public Library System. “We are eager to have community member join forces to observe, learn and share the history which made Tuscarawas County what it is today.”
Historic photos will be shared at each session and discussions and presentation with local community members or historians will reflect upon the past and present of our communities.
