The Tuscarawas County Friends of the Library, New Philadelphia location, is an organization devoted to the support of the Tuscarawas County Public Library. The Friends offer their services in providing money for programs and for physical needs of the library that do not fit into the library budget. The Friends also provide personnel to help with community programming such as author programs and book signings sponsored by the library, and other community activities. In addition, the Friends lobby for state budget support for libraries. The New Philadelphia Friends invite you to join us.
