 The Tuscarawas County Public Library provides library services to all the people of its service area. It does not discriminate against those with mental or physical impairments, but provides materials and services to all.

All of the library's policies are consistent with the requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1991.

When disabilities or institutionalism prevent a resident of our service area from using our facilities, we shall endeavor to provide alternative materials and delivery.
