Directions to the Tuscarawas County Public Library

From I-77, use the New Philadelphia exit.

Go east on Route 39 (also known as High Ave.) to Broadway which is the main intersection in downtown New Philadelphia.

Turn left on to Broadway and go to Fair Ave, which is the next light and again make a left.
