Summer Tech Classes Begin

Library customers can add to their technology knowledge this summer by attending a free apps or streaming class taught by staff from the Tuscarawas County Public Library System at the Main Library in New Philadelphia.

Upcoming classes include:
Free Streaming with Library Apps will be held on Tuesday, June 10th and July 8th at 12:00 PM. Learn how you can stream movies & TV shows, take guitar lessons, read magazines, and more for free with your library card. Bring your device to follow along.

Google Photos will be held on Thursday, June 19th at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
Learn how to organize, store, and share your photos and videos with this free tool. A Google account is needed.

Cutting the Cord will be held on Thursday, June 26th at 12:00 PM.
Come learn about streaming services and how to connect them to your TV.

In addition to technology classes, the library offers one-on-one training opportunities. Those with specific questions about accessing and downloading the library’s free digital resources - that include eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, music, TV shows, and comics – can call to schedule a 30-minute appointment with staff.
