Want free photos with your family this spring? Tuscarawas County Public Library System staff members at the Main Library are available for photography sessions with you or your family on Saturday, April 18th from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
“This opportunity is a great alternative for families wanting to capture special moments without the extensive cost,” said Public Relations Associate Emily Price.
