The Tuscarawas County Public Library System will host New Philadelphia native and author Doug Dummermuth on Monday, November 24th at 6:00 PM at its Main Library and Operations Center. Dummermuth will discuss his recently published book, Going Postal.
Dummermuth wrote his book under the pen name Corky Giles. The book, a fictional thriller, follows the spiraling downfall of rural postal carrier Fred Hart.
“Doug is a retired postal worker and a beloved member of the community,” said Adult and Teen Services Manager Tabitha Johnson. “We are happy to have him share his experience in writing and publishing his first book.”
Dummermuth will follow his talk by taking questions and signing books. Books will be available to purchase.
